The
Horner Park Commissioners holds their meeting at 7:00 PM the first Wednesday of
ever month at Horner Park Hall, Widicus Road, Lebanon, Illinois and from May through
October a second meeting will be held the third Wednesday of every month. These meetings are held to conduct the
business of the board and are public meetings, but not meetings of the public. Any comments, concerns, or ideas that you
would like to share with the board are more than welcome. Debate is reserved
only for Board Members. These meetings are also where you should go if you want
to hold special events at the park, schedule a sporting event, or conduct any
park business.
